We are committed to handling all refund and return requests fairly and transparently.

1. General Principles

Due to the nature of digital products and the personal brand nature of merchandise offered, refund and return eligibility varies by product category as detailed below. We encourage you to review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Physical Books (Nigeria Orders)

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Physical books purchased through the Website and delivered within Nigeria may be returned within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date, provided that:
• The book is in its original, unread condition — unmarked and with all original packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
• The return request is submitted in writing to us before the 7-day window expires

2.2 Non-Returnable Physical Books

Physical books are not eligible for return if:
• The book has been read, annotated, highlighted, or damaged after delivery
• More than seven (7) days have passed since confirmed delivery
• The book was purchased during a sale, at a promotional price, or as part of a bundle, unless the item is defective

2.3 Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged, with printing defects, or with missing pages, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement copy or a full refund at our discretion.

2.4 Return Process (Nigeria)

To initiate a return, contact us at the email address provided below with your order details and reason for return. We will assess your request and provide a return location closest to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Physical Books (Outside Nigeria)

Physical books purchased outside Nigeria are fulfilled through authorised third-party retail and distribution platforms (such as Amazon KDP), as directed through the Website. Returns, refunds, and replacements for these orders are governed by the respective platform’s return and refund policies. We are not able to process returns or refunds for such purchases directly. Please refer to your order details on the relevant platform for guidance.

4. Digital Products — eBooks and Audiobooks

4.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and audiobook purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered. We strongly encourage you to review all available previews and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

4.2 Exceptions

A refund for a digital product may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
• You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charge)
• The download link was non-functional and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report
• The file delivered is materially different from what was advertised

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within three (3) days of purchase with supporting evidence.

5. Merchandise

5.1 Eligibility

Merchandise (including branded items related to Faith Olaniyi, entrepreneurship, and R&D) may be returned within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

5.2 Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Custom or personalised merchandise, which is non-refundable unless defective
• Items purchased during a final sale

5.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

5.4 Return Process (Merchandise)

To initiate a return, contact us at the email address below with your order details. We will provide a return location closest to you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Speaking Bookings

Speaking engagement bookings are governed by a separate engagement agreement. Cancellation and refund terms for speaking fees will be detailed in the relevant booking contract. As a general policy:
• Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event: full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellations made between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days before the event: fifty percent (50%) of the deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made less than fifteen (15) days before the event: the full deposit or fee paid is non-refundable

Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

7. Newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions are free of charge. There is nothing to refund for newsletter sign-ups. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
